"Shipping was much slower than I expected"
I ordered from dandymen.com assuming it would ship quickly, maybe within a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I kept checking it myself and wondering what was going on. By the time the package finally arrived, I didn’t even need the item anymore. To me, the whole experience felt a bit frustrating because the shipping just didn’t match what I thought I was signing up for

"Something felt off with my order"
I ordered this from dandymen.com my first reaction when it arrived was that it just didn’t feel right. The packaging looked a bit unusual, the label seemed off, and compared to the same product I’ve bought before, it didn’t match up. I reached out to ask about authenticity, but the response didn’t really give me a clear answer or make me feel any better about it. Maybe it was just a bad batch or a one-off issue, but based on my experience, I don’t feel confident trusting it. I wouldn’t order it again.

"Honestly, the site was a pain to use"
I tried using dandymen.com and just got frustrated after a while. The pages felt slow to load, then I’d click around trying to find something basic and end up second-guessing where I even was because the menu wasn’t super clear. It’s one of those sites where you think, okay this should take two seconds, and then suddenly you’ve spent way too long looking for simple info. I ended up giving up because it just didn’t feel smooth or easy to use...

"Ugh, the material just feels cheap"
I regretted it as soon as I touched it. The fabric feels rough and scratchy, not soft at all, and it just gives off a cheap feel. Definitely doesn’t seem worth the money to me.

"Backorder took longer than expected"
I ordered an item that was marked as backordered, so I knew there might be a wait, but it ended up dragging on longer than I expected. The emails I got were vague, and I had to follow up myself to get things moving when I decided to cancel. To be fair, the site was easy enough to use, but the backorder updates could definitely be clearer...

"I ordered this shirt thinking it was going..."
I ordered this shirt thinking it was going to be a deep navy like it looked on Dandymen, but when it arrived it was almost a bright blue. I even went back and checked the photos on two different screens, and it still looked nothing like what I got.
The return didn’t feel worth the time and hassle, so I just kept it, but I’m disappointed. My final take is that I wouldn’t trust the colors on their site if the exact shade matters to you.

This felt way too expensive for what you actually get. I kept thinking it would feel a bit more worth it, but it really didn’t. For the price, I expected “more” and ended up disappointed.

"Delivery felt like it was on me to sort out"
My order was supposed to show up on the date they gave me, but it ended up arriving late. The worst part was how little they kept me updated, I had to keep chasing them to find out what was going on. It really felt like they made the delivery issue my problem instead of taking responsibility. Frustrating, and I wouldn’t use them again for delivery.

"Showed in stock, but wasn’t"
Pretty frustrating, honestly. Saw the items on Dandymen showing as available, placed the order, then got told some of them weren’t actually in stock. Don’t really get why they’d list them as available if they’re not. Wasted time and ended up having to shop somewhere else. Won’t be ordering again.

"Refund took way too long"
I was disappointed with how long it took to get my refund from Dandymen. They had no problem taking the payment right away, but when it came to sending the money back, it felt like everything suddenly slowed down.
I kept checking my email and my account for updates, but there wasn’t much information, and what I did get wasn’t very clear. It felt like I had to keep chasing them for something that should have been simple.
Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but mine was frustrating. The refund process was way too slow, and after this, I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Shipping fee totally turned me off"
I was ready to grab a couple of things, but then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost... seriously? It was way higher than I expected and made the whole order feel not worth it. I get that shipping costs money, but for a small order, this felt ridiculous. Unless they do something about that fee, I don’t see myself ordering again

I didn’t feel comfortable putting my payment info in. The checkout page looked a little sketchy, and when I tried to get clarity, it felt like they just kept leaning on their “policy” instead of actually addressing the concern. Frustrating experience...

"Just wasn’t comfortable for me"
I ordered from dandymen.com i was disappointed. At first I thought it looked fine, but once I actually wore it, yeah, no, the material felt stiff and kind of scratchy quickly.
The fit was weird too, like it wasn’t awful to look at, but wearing it all day was annoying. I kept fixing it and pulling at it and just couldn’t get comfortable. I don’t think I’d buy this again.

"Never heard back from support"
I reached out to customer service and waited several days, but no one ever responded to my messages. I get that things can be busy depending on the situation, but when you’re trying to get help with an issue, being ignored is really frustrating.

My order showed up with the wrong items, and the sizing was off too. I ended up having to figure it out myself, which was frustrating. I was expecting it to be more like... I don’t know, just what I actually ordered. Definitely not the experience I had in mind

I was hoping for more variety, but the styles just felt kind of boring to me. There really wasnt anything that stood out or made me want to buy.
